Aromatic Salts

Corte Anna’s aromatic salts are obtained soaking natural sea salt in either Lugana doc or Garda Cabernet, in order to allow all the flavours and aromas of our wines to be absorbed in the salt. After a few of days of drying, we add several types of herbs to add further flavour. An ideal way to add a pinch of Corte Anna to your dishes.
